February Highlight Reel

 The first 10 days of the month we were traveling/cruising which I have blogged already. As previously mentioned, we came home to find we have a licensed pilot living in our home now. Yay! 

Valentines Day rolled around while I was still trying to get caught up from vacation. I had to go shopping to restock groceries before I could cook a nice meal- chicken marsala & Cobb salad.

And then it snowed. Conveniently on a weekend. We've hardly had any snow this winter so it was actually kind of nice. 

Sourdough chocolate bread is the bomb. 

When there is Winter Break from school and your granddaughter's 1st choice of a special activity is a craft night, 😍😍.

When you have the inside scoop that the cafe is not busy...

When I have a grandbaby turning 1 in the winter, I make homemade doughnuts for the party. At least I have so far. Wyatt's wildlife party was adorable.

He loves carbs! 😋 In his defense, who doesn't like doughnuts?!

He dug into his cake but he's not big on putting things in his mouth, so he didn't actually eat much of it. 

What else would Grammy give than a camping chair & lantern?! Camping season is right around the corner. 

I can hardly believe he is one already! We love him so much! 

We blinked and February was over. Even with an extra day this year. Our March calendar is pretty full so I'm sure it will whiz past too.
